Dance mats built like instruments, not toys — metal pads that survive the way people actually play.
iAmats is the L-TEK line of interactive dance mats and metal arcade pads for StepMania, DDR-style rhythm games and home arcade cabinets. Soft pads wear out and drift; these are built around rigid panels and a controller that reports every step exactly when it happens.
The range runs from home mats through the PRO series to full arcade sets with a handbar, plus the converters that let those pads talk to whatever you play on — modern PC, PlayStation or an 8-bit machine. Made in the EU since 2004, shipped worldwide.

Bridges that put the pads on hardware they were never designed for: PS2/PSX and Atari XE/XL among them.
Aluminium panel sets and mounting solutions worked out so a pad stays flat and quiet under load.
